Jason's Alert Update

(This was first reported as a Jason Alert on August 08, 2008.) The Press Enterprise reported that James M. Hunter, 42 of Danville, was accused of getting a 16 year old girl drunk and taking nude photos of her in his apartment, 516-C Mill Street in Danville. The report states that he allegedly took digital photos of the girl which he then stored them on a Yahoo account. Montour County Court record state that he was arraigned before Judge Naus for 33 felony counts related to the sexual abuse of of children on 11-25-08. Charges include Photograph/Film/Depiction on Computer of Sex Act-Child, Dissemination Photo/Film of Child Sex Acts, and Possession of Child Porn. He is free on bail and still awaiting trial.

(This was first reported as a Jason Alert on November 27, 2008.) The Press Enterprise reports that Carl E. Teter, 61 of Zion Grove, is alleged to have gotten a 15 year old boy drunk and then take advantage of him sexually. The report alleges that he called the teen on his cell phone, told him he had some beer, and then took him to a remote area where they drank until the teen passed out. That is when Teter is alleged to have pulled the boy's pants down and fondled him. The report also alleges that Teter made numerous sexual advances on the boy before he passed out. Colombia County Court records state that Teter was charged with Unlawful Restraint/Serious Bodily Injury, Unlawful Contact with Minor-Sexual Offences (x3), Indecent Assault Person Substantially Impaired, Corruption of Minors (x2), Ind Asslt Person Less 16 Yrs Age, Sell/Furnish Liquor Etc Minor, Harassment-Subject Other to Physical Contact (x3), Unlawful Restraint/Serious Bodily Injury (x2). Contact/Comm w/ Minor-Sexual Offences (x2) and Unlawful Restraint/Serious Bodily Injury (x2) Have been dropped. All other charges are heading to court where he is awaiting trial. He is free on bail.
