October 27, 2010	Columbia County Court records state that Craig Haytmanek, 24 of Bloomsburg, has been charged with Concealment of Whereabouts Of Child (x2), Corruption of Minors (x2), Indecent Assault Person Less 16 Years Age, Sell/Furnish Liquor Etc Minor (x2) on 03-10-10. An undated Press Enterprise article states the charges stem from an incident in which he is alleged to have given vodka to a 16 year old girl and then fondling her in his West Third Street apartment. He is alleged to have hidden the whereabouts of the girl after her mother reported her missing on February 20, 2010. The report states that he intends to move in with family near Numidia as he is released on bail while awaiting trial.
October 27, 2010	A September 15, 2010 Press Enterprise report, along with another undated report, state that three Columbia County residents are charged with allegedly arranging sex between a 24 year old man and a 15 year old girl.  The articles state that Tina Marie Young, 43, and daughter Bianca Marie Young 21, arranged for a Antonio Lopez-Lopez  to have sex with a 15 year old girl in a camper on Posey Hill Road. The reports state that Lopez allegedly agreed to pay $200.00 to the women for arranging sex with the teen, and that he then reneged on the deal. The women allegedly threatened to report him for rape, and the 15 year old involved did in fact call police and report she was raped but then admitted they had consensual sex. She was reportedly angry at first that Lopez did not use a condom. Columbia County Court records state that Tina Young is charged with Unlawful Contact With Minor-Sexual Explotation, Sexual Exploitation Of Child Offence Defined, Criminal Solicitation-Statutory Sexual Assault, Criminal Solicitation-Unlawful Contact With Minor-Sexual Offenses, Prom Pros-Encourage Prostitution, Prom Pros- Transport Prost In Cmwlth, Unlawful Contact With Minor-Prostitution, Criminal Solicitation-Patronizing Prostitutes, Theft Extort-Threat To Accuse Another, Endangering Welfare Of Children-Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offence (x2), Corruption of Minors (x2). Bianca Young is charged with pretty much the same as Tina but with two additional charges related to stealing $5.00 from Lopez.  Lopez-Lopez is charged with Statutory Sexual Assault, Unlawful Contact With Minor-Sexual Offenses, Corruption of Minors, and Patronizing Prostitutes. All three are locked up in Columbia County prison unable to post bail.
August 2, 2011	An April 6, 2011 Press Enterprise report states that Albert J Ouelette, Jr. made an obscene phone call to a teenge girl after seeing her picture in the paper. The report states he tracked he girl down using the phone book. The report had his address  listed as 13 Pine Crest Road in Berwick. According to Columbia County court records, he was charged with Harassment-Comm. Lewd, Threatening, etc. and Disorderly Conduct Obscene Language/Gesture. He plead guily to Disorderly Conduct on 05/05/11 and was sentenced to pay fines.
August 2, 2011	A November 4, 2009 Press Enterprise report states that Glenn Atwood Farver III, 46, of 109 Bottom Road, Orangeville, plead guilty to charges related to fondling a six year old.  He did so at a church service and was observed by a person in attendance there. He was charged with Indecent Assault Person Less Than 13 Years of Age and Corruption of Minors. Her plead guilty to Indecent Assault on 03/15/2010 and was sentenced to 3 to 23 months in Columbia County Prison, according to Columbia County Court records. He was granted parole on 06/21/10. If anyone has concerns about him or believes he is violating his parole, I believe he is still under sentence until sometime in February 2012, and Columbia County Probation office can be notified.
September 17, 2011	A February 3, 2011 Press Enterprise story states that Matthew Smith, of Bloomsburg, allegedly sent naked pictures of himself to a 15 year old girl's cell phone. His age was listed as 20 at the time of the story. The story states that he was charged with eminating explicit sexual material to minors, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors.
Dec 1, 2011	A December 10, 2009 Press Enterprise story reports that Nathaniel B. Williams,  was arrested after allegations he had sexual contact with an 11 year old boy. Those charges were dropped so the victim would not have to testify. However, his wife, Betty, turned over to police their computer which allegedly had images of child pornography on it in October of 2008. She also alleged that Nathaniel had sexual fantasies about children and made her pretend to be a young girl during sex. Williams last reported address was 11 Main Road in Glen Lyon. Dec 1, 2011	A March 25, 2010 Press Enterprise story reports that Roy Brian Ruckle II, then age 26, (allegedly) inappropriately touched a then 14 year old girl in his home in July 2009. His address was listed as 222 Main St. in Orangeville. He was charged with Aggravated Indecent Assault, Indecent Assault, and Corruption of a Minor, according to the news report. Dec 1, 2011	A June 30, 2010 Press Enterprise story reports that an Espy man faces charged after allegedly being caught in an Internet sting operation. The story states that Michael E. Downs, then 63, who also resided at 2212 Riverview Ave. went on line and pretended to be a lesbian in online chat rooms by the name of "Curious Sue". He allegedly sent child pornography over the internet to anothe suspect in California. The report states that he is facing 16 felony counts related to child sexual abuse. His legal status will be updated when the UJSportal website becomes available to do so.
Dec 1, 2011	An October 16, 2010 Press Enterpise story reports that Jason Rea, then 30 yrs. old of Church st. in Washingtonville,  allegedly molested a five year old boy. On September 4, 2010, the boy allegedly told Children and Youth case workers that Rea fondled him twice sometime in late August or early September of that year. The report states that Rea is accused of Indecent Assault, Indecent Exposure, Corruption of Minors, Aggravated Indecent Assault, and Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse.
