The Press Enterprise reports that Earl Donald Gill, 21, Bloomsburg,
is accused of sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl in Lebanon County.
The report alleges he and the girl had sex between 20-30 times between April and November, 2008, in hotel rooms in Palmyra.
The girls mother allegedly told him the girl was only fifteen and to stay away from her. The report also states he is
a student at Bloomsburg University. Lebanon County Court documents state that he is charged with Involuntary Sexual
Intercourse, Statutory Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault (x2), and Corruption of Minors. It also indicates he is free on his
own recognizance, as no bail amount is mentioned.

The Press Enterprise reports that James E. Rowe, of 16 Walnut Street
in Danville, is accused of sexual acts against a 14 year old girl. The story alleges that Rowe and his wife were in the girl's
house as guests when he committed various acts including putting a hamster up her pant leg, smacking her behind, trying to
tickle her, and trying to take photos of her with his cell phone. The report states that he was asked various times to leave
by the girl and her mother and refused to do so. Montour County court record state that he is charged wth Corruption of Minors
and Harrassment. A charge of Indecent Assault Person Less 16 Years Age was originally filed and then dropped. Montour County
Court records also state that he was arrested on 04-13-07 for Statutory Sexual Assault and Corruption of Minors. He was
found guilty to Corruption of Minors and Indecent Assault Person Less 16 Years Age. The Statutory Sexual Assault charge
was dropped. He was sentenced to 6-23 months in county prison.

The Press Enterprise reports that Christine Marie Gulbrandsen, 34 of
1238 Orange Street in Berwick, Donald Vincent Campbell, 52 of 1242 Orange Street, and John F. Karns, 44 of 1232 Orange Steet,
all face charges relating to a sexual act performed in front of a child. The report alleges that when police showed up at
Gulbrandsen's apartment to investigate a complaint of loud music, they observed a small child sleeping on a mattress about
10 feet away from where the three were allegedly having sex. All three adults were also drunk acording to the police report.
Columbia County Court records state that Gulbrandsen is charged with Endangering Welfare of Children, Disorderly Conduct,
and two other charges related to obscene behavior in front of minors. Karns is charged with three drug possession offences,
two obscenity charges relating to minors, and Disorderly Conduct. Campbell was charged with Obscene and Other Sexual Materials
and Performances, Unlawful Contact with Minor, and Disorderly Conduct. (Campbell has a prior arrest record two pages
long.) The news report also states that Campbell is a registered sex offender and that Karns is wanted by Bloomsburg
police for a Sexual Assault charge.

The Press Enterprise reports that Glenn Atwood Farver III, 46 of Orangeville,
allegedly fondled a six year girl while attending a service at a local area church. The report states that a former
pastor of the church saw what Farver was doing and immediately stepped in to stop it from going any further, removing the
girl from the situation. Columbia County Court records state that Farver is charged with Indecent Assault-Complainant Less
Than 13 Years, and Corruption of Minors.

While I do not have the original date of the story, a Press Enterprise
report alleges that a former Berwick firefighter was caught with child pornography on his home and fire hall computers.
The report alleges that Shawn Robert Smith, 25 of 604 Maple Street in Berwick, admitted to hooking into a neighbor's wireless
Internet connection to download images of teenagers. Images were found on the computer at the fire hall. Smith's wife allegedly
found files containing child porn on his home computer as well. Columbia County Court records state that he is charged with
Possession of Child Pornography.
