Founding Principle 17
A System of Checks and Balances Should be Adopted to Prevent the Abuse of Power
James Madison – “As the people are the only legitimate fountain
of power, and it is from them that the constitutional charter under which the [power of the] several branches of government
is derived, it seems strictly consonant to the republican theory to recur to the same original authority…… whenever
any one of the departments may commit encroachments on the chartered authorities of the others.”Federalist Papers, No.49,

Founding Principle 16
The Government Should be Separated into Three Branches --- Legislative, Executive, and Judicial
Charles de Montesquieu – French Scholar, set forth the ingredients for a model constitution. “When the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person, or
the same body of magistrates, there can be no liberty; because apprehensions may arise, least the same monarch OR senate [legislature]
should enact tyrannical laws, to execute them in a tyrannical manner.”

Founding Principle 15
The Highest level of Prosperity Occurs when there is a Free-market Economy and a Minimum of Government Regulations. George Washington – “Let vigorous measures
be adopted; not to limit the prices of articles, for this I believe is inconsistent with the very nature of things, and impracticable
in itself, but to punish speculators, forestallers, and extortioners, and above all to sink the money by heavy taxes. To promote
public and private economy; encourage manufacturers, ect.”

Founding Principle 14
Life and Liberty are Secure Only so Long as the right to Property is secure.
U.S. Supreme Court, 21 January 1921 - "It is not the right of property which is protected, but the right to
property. Property, per se, has no rights, but the individual - the man - has three great rights, equally sacred from arbitrary
interference: The right to his LIFE, the right to his LIBERTY, the right to his PROPERTY..... The three rights are so bound
together as to be essentially one right. To give a man his life but deny him his liberty, is to take from him all that makes
his life worth living. To give him his liberty but take from him the property which is the fruit and badge of his liberty,
is to still leave him a slave."

Founding Principle 13
A Constitution Should be Structured to Permanently Protect the People from the
Human Frailties of their Rulers.
Alexander Hamilton – “For it is a truth, which the experience of all ages has attested, that the people are commonly most
in danger when the means of injuring their rights are in the possession of those [toward] whom they entertain the least suspicion.

Peas in a Pod
Jay Nixon LTE 7.19.2009
You and Wendy can lay claim to the 2009 snippet award. Like always, you live up to your
ideological fame, making claims to things that just aren’t there! It is one thing to quote “” someone’s
words, but for God’s sake, do it accurately! “ whose specific aims are to realize
God’s plan on Earth. Without this God, there can be no government.”
(Robert Runyon) Underlined words you came up with from your own mind. Here is what I said. “without
Natural Law there can be no government.” Like many of the other quotes you refer is painted with the same brush, laced
with lies. You and Wendy are like peas in a pod!

Founding Principle 12
The Unites States of
America Shall be a Republic
James Madison- “
We may define a republic to be… a government which derives all its powers directly or indirectly from the great body
of the people, and is administered by persons holding their offices during pleasure for a limited period, or during good behavior.
It is essential to such a government that it be derived from the great body of the society, not from an inconsiderable proportion
or a favored class of it; otherwise a handful of tyrannical nobles, exercising their oppressions by a delegation of their
powers might aspire to the rank of Republicans and claim for their government the honorable title of Republic.[Federalist Papers, No. 39, p. 241]

The real haters
I find it ironic that so many people could see a confederate flag
flying at the Tea Party! Just where was this flag flying? Please provide a picture of the front and center display! I went
through the video tape of the Tea Party and the people that attended and couldn’t find the flag in any of the frames.
Perhaps someone saw the flag at a vendor’s stand, that’s the only answer, because it wasn’t displayed by
the Patriot’s Voice or any of the people attending. You complainers need to clip your 30 seconds and look in the mirror
to confront a hate monger.

State workers and Payless Paydays
State workers protest ‘Payless Paydays’. I feel badly
that workers should have to go payless, but if you’ve paid attention about what I have been saying about wealth producers-vs-
wealth consumers, this shouldn’t be a bit surprising. Why are they facing payless paydays? No budget passed! Why? There
is a shortfall of money supply from the wealth producing sector. So what to do? Why, raise the taxes on the wealth producers,
taxes on wealth consumers is not a tax, simply a slight decrease in take home pay, or wage reduction. Ah, yes the simple truth. Isn’t it time to reduce the size of government?

My arrest statement answered
The 4th of July Tea Party held at the Bloomsburg
Town Park should be a lesson to all. It should highlight the struggles Americans are presently experiencing and have experienced
throughout time periods within this great nations history. Today,
I received a thorn from Mr. Sachetti in the Roses and Thorns section about a comment I made about being arrested. I am neither
angry nor upset about Mr. Sachetti's statements, it does in fact allow me to put into perspective my statements. Only a fool or an idiot would wish to be arrested, both of which I am not,
and as far as being a martyr, I wouldn't wish that upon myself either. If that statement is true then why was the statement
made? To begin to put it into context this is what George Washington had to say about government. "Government is not
reason, it is not eloquence --- it is a force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master." What price or values do you, the reader place upon your Unalienable Rights?
What could be offered to you that would cause you to relinquish even one of those rights? To me, there is not enough wealth
gathered on the face of the earth that could even tempt me to give up even one! These rights derive from a higher authority
than man or government; they are bestowed upon us as a gift from a caring and loving God. Iran today is a prime example that these rights ensue from a higher authority and George Washington's
statement above on government can be seen in full light in Iran today. In America, government is chained in the Constitution
from such behavior, but, government is increasingly committing legal crimes against the citizens. In the Pennsylvania Constitution,
Article 1 Section 20 "The citizens have a right in a peaceable manner to assemble together for their common good,
and to apply to those invested with the powers of government for redress of grievances or other proper purposes by petition,
address or remonstrance." The
chain placed upon government is found in Article 1 Section 25 "To guard against the transgressions of the high powers
which we have delegated, we declare that everything in this article is excepted out of the general powers of government and
shall forever remain inviolate." General
powers-Statutes, law, Acts, ordinances, rules, regulations ect. Have to be in harmony with your rights, and for government
to regulate against them is little more than a legal crime. Government would have to suspend Habeas Corpus to be able to suspend
any of your unalienable rights. After I sent a courtesy
letter to town hall about the Tea Party well in advance of a returned letter dated June 29th to address concerns
and open in good faith a dialog, was stated we did not comply with a town ordinance and that we needed to apply 10 days in
advance of July 4th and that I was subject to arrest if I commenced with the Tea Party. I was far removed from wishing for arrest, I was forced to make a choice, lay aside my constitutional
right or accept the dire fact that in all probability I would face arrest. In choosing the latter, I had to prepare my self
emotionally, physically, with legal counsel and with the fact I would not only be facing arrest, I would also face the humiliating
procedure of being strip searched. When informed by the
press that Mayor Knorr was backpedaling and an arrest was not going to happen there came and emotional response, a let down.
Hence the statement. Rest assured, I was relieved! Robert
