Phyllis Mundy (D) Luzerne County in Question
Rep. Phyllis Mundy (D) in a letter to the editor in The Times Leader on 8/26/08 has given gross misinformation about
House Bill 1275 (School Property Tax Elimination Act) to her c onstituents
of the 120th District and to the people of Luzerne County. 
Rep. Mundy needs to review the facts about HB1275 as it is apparent
